The heir to the family estates, Raphael Dubois, has been discovering a familiar but different Languedoc since 2008. At the foot of the Cévennes mountains, his grandfather founded the farm in Saint-Césaire-de-Gosignan, a rather remote part of Languedoc, in 1939. This allows him to focus on his work and take care of the purity of the land without unwanted interference from his neighbors. Having preserved the old vines and limiting the yield, Raphael and Severin Atget converted the vineyards to organic farming, which confirms the chosen path. The name of the estate translates as red vines, which metaphorically emphasizes the color of the autumn leaves of the Alicante Boucher variety.

Philosophy: connection between generations and the greatest possible respect for the environment.

Expressive nose with notes of coffee. Long aging in barriques gave the wine a beautiful full-bodied structure. Elegant, powerful with peppery tones, black berries and spices on the palate.
